Planning Committee Needed!

We are currently recruiting for the planning committee for the 2010 event.  Planning committee members attend a meeting 1x/mo for 2 hours.  Additionally, planning committee members may be asked to perform duties relative to event such as contacting exhibitors, logistics, educational activities, etc.

Event Volunteers

Volunteer registration is open.  We are in need of 70 volunteers to help us with the event.

Give back to the community at Experience Your Future Day!  Volunteers are needed for the day of and the day prior to the event for:

• Event set up (on Wednesday, April 21st)
• Load out of employer exhibits following the event 
• Booth set up assistance
• Assisting employers throughout the event
• Providing direction and support to students
• Guiding buses and student traffic flow
• Having fun!

In order to support the success of the event, volunteers must:

• Attend a pre-event training at Jobing.com or one of the webinar sessions. 
• Wear provided t-shirt to indicate volunteer status.
• Volunteer hours 6am - 3pm.  Partial day opportunity may be available.
• Be professional, customer service oriented and SHARE THE FUN!
