Experience Your Future Day is supported and promoted by the Arizona Society of Human Resource Management (AZSHRM) state council and all local chapters of SHRM as one its many efforts to support workforce readiness within the state.  AZSHRM has provided both fiscal, volunteer and marketing support throughout the planning and implementation of this program.

AZSHRM is committed to creating partnerships between employers, high schools, community colleges, community based organizations and One-Stop Career centers to address the workplace challenges that arise when current and future members of the workforce are not ready to meet the upcoming skills and knowledge requirements necessary to thrive in the workforce.

SHRM members throughout the state are encouraged to get involved... be a part of the solution to helping to develop the Arizona talent for tomorrow by also supporting this event through volunteerism or encouraging your employer involved in the process and set up a display at the event.

Employers will be asked to set up a booth or display to share what's its like to work in a profession or industry.  Showcase your company, by registering now!

Volunteer

Give back to the community at Experience Your Future Day!  Volunteers are needed for the day of and the day prior to the event for:

• Attend a pre-event training at Jobing.com or one of the webinar sessions. 
• Wear provided t-shirt to indicate volunteer status.
• Volunteer hours 7am - 2pm.  Partial day opportunity may be available.
• Be professional, customer service oriented and SHARE THE FUN!
